During my intense and often demanding bike training sessions, I consistently keep this approach at the forefront of my thoughts and focus. This mindset is crucial during particularly challenging sessions when my body is practically begging to stop and take a break. While I am not a professional cyclist, a doctor, or a psychologist by any means, my personal experiences have taught me invaluable lessons through a continuous journey of trial and error. Embracing the process of accepting, adapting, restructuring, and ultimately persevering has proven to be instrumental in my growth. Life presents us with various and sometimes unexpected challenges, and successfully navigating them boils down to the choices we make and following the 7-step plan diligently, step by step.
STEP 1
ACCEPT THE REALITY

REALISTIC GOAL
Have a REALISTIC GOAL that can be achieved within a specific timeframe; this approach makes it considerably easier to set tougher goals when the right time eventually comes along. It provides a solid foundation upon which you can build and grow, ensuring each step feels attainable.
STEP 3
MOTIVATE
MOTIVATE yourself by having a clear and compelling form of motivation, whether it be a powerful internal drive that comes from within or an external source of inspiration that you can physically see and connect with on a daily basis. This motivation will serve as a guiding force, helping you stay focused and unwavering determined as you pursue your goals through the challenges that may arise along the way.
STEP 4
NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!
Accept the setbacks that life throws your way, as they are simply stepping stones on the journey toward success. Remember, it is only a failure if you choose to give up; so, NO MATTER WHAT, NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Embrace each challenge as a learning opportunity. If needed, make adjustments to tackle those setbacks and re-adjust your approach to align with your purpose, so you can effectively achieve that important goal.
